Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we only accept returns under specific conditions:
You received the wrong product
The product arrived damaged, leaked, or defective
The product is expired upon arrival
Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unopened, unused, and sealed
All original packaging must be intact
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Opened or used skincare products
Products without original packaging
Items bought on sale, discounts, or promotions
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Items purchased more than 48 hours ago
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
Product damaged during delivery
Wrong item shipped
Product not available/out of stock after payment
Duplicate payment
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We offer exchanges for:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or defective product
Packaging issues caused during shipping
Note: Exchange is subject to availability of stock. If not available, we will issue store credit or a refund.

Reason for return/exchange
Photos or video proof (mandatory)
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
If approved, you will receive return instructions or a replacement confirmation.
Once the product is inspected, we will process your refund, replacement, or store credit.
If the product delivered was damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.
For any other reason, return shipping is paid by the customer.
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
If delivered, the Return Policy applies.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
Report within 48 hours
Provide photo/video evidence
We will send a replacement free of cost
