Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we only accept returns under specific conditions:

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged, leaked, or defective

  • The product is expired upon arrival

Conditions for Return:

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and sealed

  • All original packaging must be intact

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items bought on sale, discounts, or promotions

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items purchased more than 48 hours ago


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during delivery

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Product not available/out of stock after payment

  • Duplicate payment

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Packaging issues caused during shipping

Note: Exchange is subject to availability of stock. If not available, we will issue store credit or a refund.


5. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email support@skinbloomcare.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Photos or video proof (mandatory)

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions or a replacement confirmation.

  4. Once the product is inspected, we will process your refund, replacement, or store credit.


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the product delivered was damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • For any other reason, return shipping is paid by the customer.


7. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • If delivered, the Return Policy applies.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Report within 48 hours

  • Provide photo/video evidence

  • We will send a replacement free of cost
